Venison Burgers

Makes/Serves: bugers


  • 250 g Venison Steaks
  • 160 g Pork Mince
  • 1 Onion
  • 6 Sage Leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce


  1. Chop and fry the onion.
  2. Dice the venison and chop up the sage leaves.
  3. Then mix all the ingredients together with some salt and pepper.
  4. Equally divide the mixture up and shape each portion into a burger.
  5. Grill the burgers until well browned - about 5 mins on each side.
  6. Serve in a bread roll with a garnish of your choice.
