Potato Salad

Use potatoes that have already been boiled and cooled down. Perfect for using up leftovers from the day before!

  • 10 Salad Potatoes
  • 1 Shallot
  • 1 tablespoon Cornichons
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped Parsley
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 0.5 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 0.25 teaspoon White Wine Vinegar


  1. Cut the potatoes up into bitesize chunks. Finely chop the shallot, cornichons and parsley. Use a large bowl to mix all the chopped ingredients together.
  2. Add the mayonnaise and mix together.
  3. Use a ramekin to whisk together the olive oil and vinegar so it combines. Drizzle over the potato salad and mix again.
