Butter Icing

Makes/Serves:

Ingredients

  • 100 g White Vegetable Fat
  • 25 g Margarine
  • 14 ml Double Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 200 g Icing Sugar


Method

  1. Beat the vegatable fat.
  2. Add the margarine and beat.
  3. Add the cream and vanilla and mix.
  4. Add half the icing sugar and mix for 5 mins on a low/med speed.
  5. Add more sugar until desired consisentcy is reached.
