Chocolate Fudge Cake Filling/Topping

  • 100 g Butter
  • 250 g Icing Sugar
  • 20 ml Double Cream
  • 100 g Plain Chocolate


  1. Beat the butter until it is soft and pale.
  2. Add the icing sugar a little at a time.
  3. Gradually Stir in the cream and melted chocolate.
