  Cooking temperature: 150°C



  • 110 g Soft Brown Sugar
  • 110 g Margarine
  • 1 tablespoon Golden Syrup
  • 175 g Oats
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger


  1. Pre heat the oven.
  2. Put the sugar, golden syrup and margarine into a saucepan and over a low heat. Stir until melted.
  3. Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the oats and ginger.
  4. Stir thoroughly.
  5. Press the mixture down into a greased pan and bake for 40-45 mins.
