Rock Buns

  Cooking temperature: 160°C



  • 200 g Self Raising Flour
  • 100 g Margarine
  • 100 g Sultanas
  • 100 g Caster Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 30 ml Milk


  1. Rub the self raising flour and margarine together.
  2. Stir in the sugar and sultanas.
  3. Stir in the egg.
  4. Add the milk a little at a time until the mixture sticks together and is a bit soggy.
  5. Spoon the mixture into heaps onto a baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes.


You can use other dried fruit instead of sultanas.
