I use a large tray measuring 32x19cm. If you use a smaller tray then you may need to adjust the cooking time.

  Cooking temperature: 160°C

  • 200 g Unsalted Butter
  • 100 g Caster Sugar
  • 275 g Plain Flour


  1. Cream the butter and sugar together and then mix in the flour to make a dough.
  2. Press into your tray and bake for 20-25 mins.
