Method
				
				- Heat the butter in a large pan and fry the crushed garlic for a couple of minutes.
 - Add the peas and the stock and bring to the boil.
 - Put the lid on the pan and simmer for 6 mins.
 - Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
 - Blend the soup to make it smooth.
 - Heat through and serve.
 				
				Tips
You can use frozen peas, so this is a great soup to do at short notice!
I have the 
Dualit Hand Blender
which makes this recipe much easier as you can blend it in the pan.
